Our head office is based in Horsham, West Sussex and we have data centres in Chatham and Docklands. We also have technical staff based around the UK, who are never more than 90 minutes away in case of an emergency. Our offices are open from 8.30am until 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Friday. During these times it is equally easy for customers to contact us via e-mail. Outside of these times, calls will be dealt with by our out-of-hours team.
